Peter Greenwood & John Hoddinott

Peter Greenwood, the founder of the practice, and his partner John Hoddinott both qualified in Rural Estate Management at The Royal College of Agriculture, Cirencester and are Fellows of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. The partnership founded in 1987 dealt mainly with Estate Management and Professional work. As a result of the partner's large client base demand grew to sell a wide range of residential property across Yorkshire and beyond.

In 2004 the partners opened a dedicated Residential Agency Department operating out of very prominent offices on Boroughbridge High Street. As a testament to Peter and John’s professional standing they have both been Chairman of the Yorkshire Rural Practice Division of the RICS and President of the Yorkshire Association of Agricultural Valuers. Peter has held the position of Chairman of the Yorkshire Division of Rural Forestry Society and Timber Growers Northern Region. John has sat on the National Rural Practice Division of the RICS representing Yorkshire.

James Bradley

James Bradley trained at Harper Adams Agricultural College and is now a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. James is involved in the management of rural estates, Single Farm Payment matters, Farm and Woodland Grant Schemes, Forestry Management and Town and Country Planning matters.

Neil Colver

Neil Colver attended the Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester and graduated in 2002 with a BSc (Hons) in Rural Estate Management. Neil was elected a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2005. Neil is involved in the management of private estates dealing with Property Management, Agricultural Tenancy matters, Woodland Management and Sporting Estate Management.

Becky Thompson

Becky Thompson is an Affiliate Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and deals primarily with matters relating to residential sales and lettings. Becky has an infectious enthusiasm and an ambitious drive to see the estate agency grow and flourish. Becky would love to hear from anyone who is considering selling or letting their property, be it residential or commercial. Becky is currently studying for her Technical Award in Residential Estate Agency.
