Residential Lettings

Peter Greenwood & Co specialist lettings department offers a flexible and professional service to Landlords, based on one or both of the following options:

Let Only
An initial rental valuation is followed by preparation of full property details, including photographs and internal dimensions. These details are mailed out to applicants registered on our mailing list and then published in the office, in the local press and on this website.
Following an accompanied viewing, applicants are referenced (including full credit checks) and if suitable, a Tenancy Agreement is prepared. On expiry of the Tenancy a final inspection of the property is carried out as standard.

Management
This is an extension to the let service. This involves the collection of rent monies, periodic inspections and updates. As part of this service, repairs and improvements can be organised and deducted from payments.
