When Selling or Letting
Our service offers an initial informal meeting at the property in order to assess the options available. Each property transaction is dealt with under the personal direction of one of our partners or professional associates and our service will include:

- Local and regional advertising (national press by arrangement)

Landlord and Tenant
We act for either landlord or tenant in the preparation of rental valuations and can negotiate rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of either party. They can give advice on dilapidations and produce Schedules of Condition.
Valuation
We provide advice across the county for acquisition, lending, rating and litigation purposes. We also provide advice to banks, solicitors and other professional bodies.
